Jump-starts
If your vehicle will not start and you think the battery may be the problem, contact us about a jump-start. Tell us the vehicle’s year, make, and model and describe what happens when you try to start it.
A jump-start will not resolve every no-start problem. If the vehicle needs to be transported instead, we also offer flatbed towing to a destination you choose. Discuss the situation and any towing quote with us before arranging that service.
Vehicle lockout assistance
Locked out of your vehicle? Tell us where it is parked and provide its year, make, and model when requesting assistance. Also let us know whether the keys are inside the vehicle or unavailable, so we understand the situation before dispatch.
Flat-tire changes
We offer flat-tire changes for drivers who need help getting a wheel changed. When you call, tell us which tire is flat and whether you have a spare available. If you know the spare’s condition, share that too. Those details help us discuss what service is appropriate for your vehicle.
If a tire change is not a workable option, ask about towing. We can discuss transporting the vehicle to your chosen repair destination rather than assuming a roadside tire change will solve the problem.
Fuel delivery
If you have run out of fuel, call with your vehicle details, location, and the fuel type it requires. We offer fuel delivery and can discuss the request and price before dispatch. Providing the exact location is especially helpful when the vehicle is away from a street address or business entrance.
What to share when you call
Please provide your name, callback number, and vehicle information. Give the pickup location as precisely as possible, and describe any access issue, such as being in a parking garage or a difficult-to-reach space. If towing may be needed, have your preferred destination ready as well.
