The hookup fee and mileage charge are separate parts of the towing price. If you are unsure which category fits your vehicle, provide its year, make, and model when asking for a quote. Larger trucks require confirmation that we can handle the particular vehicle.
A $40 surcharge applies for holidays, difficult recovery, or difficult access. Before dispatch, ask us to confirm the mileage being billed, which surcharges apply, and whether more than one surcharge applies to your request. The quote should reflect your specific vehicle and pickup conditions.
Roadside-assistance and recovery requests should be quoted individually. The towing table is not a price list for jump-starts, lockouts, tire changes, or fuel delivery.
Information to have ready
To request a quote, please provide:
- Your first and last name and phone number.
- Vehicle year, make, and model.
- Whether keys are available.
- Whether the vehicle can be shifted into neutral.
- Whether all tires are inflated.
- Pickup location and desired destination.
Mention difficult access, visible damage, or a vehicle stuck in snow, mud, or a ditch. Sharing these details before dispatch helps us discuss the service that is actually needed.
Frequently asked questions
Are you open at night and on holidays?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. A holiday surcharge applies; ask for the quoted total when arranging service.
Can I get a price before a truck is sent?
Yes. Quotes are available before dispatch. Call or text with the vehicle information, pickup location, destination, and any access or recovery concerns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and Zelle. Let us know if you have a payment question when you request service.
Do you work directly with insurance or roadside-assistance programs?
No. We do not currently work directly with insurance companies or roadside-assistance programs. If you have coverage, ask your provider about its arrangements before booking. We cannot promise reimbursement under your plan.
Can I choose where you take my vehicle?
Yes. Provide the destination when requesting your tow so we can confirm the route and quote. Pickup is available throughout Minnesota; contact us about your particular delivery destination.
Do I have to stay with the vehicle?
No. You do not have to remain with it. Discuss access, keys, pickup details, and the destination with us before leaving so the arrangements are clear.
Can you tow my vehicle if I do not have the keys?
Tell us that keys are unavailable when you contact us. Whether we can complete the tow depends on the vehicle and its condition. Do not assume every vehicle can be towed without keys; we will discuss the details first.
Can I ride in the tow truck?
Up to two passengers can ride in the tow truck. Let us know when arranging the tow if you will need a ride.
How quickly can you arrive?
We provide an estimated arrival time based on your location, traffic, weather, and current availability. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed. We provide updates about arrival times or delays.
Can I schedule a tow ahead of time?
Yes. Both scheduled towing and emergency service are available. Send the preferred date, vehicle details, pickup location, and destination to discuss scheduling.
What vehicles do you tow?
We tow cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks, and can discuss trucks in the 2500–4500 series based on the specific vehicle. We do not tow semi-trucks. Contact us before arranging service for any other vehicle type.
What if I only need roadside assistance?
We offer jump-starts, vehicle lockout assistance, flat-tire changes, and fuel delivery. Describe the problem and ask for a quote for that service.
